Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Reggie Studio ("Reggie," "we," "us," or "our") at getreggie.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Description

Reggie provides AI-powered product rendering services. Clients upload CAD files (STEP, OBJ, STL, IGES, and other 3D formats), product photographs, and reference materials. We produce photorealistic product renders, lifestyle scenes, and animations based on these inputs. Our pipeline combines AI-assisted rendering technology with human quality control to deliver production-ready visual assets.

3. User Responsibilities

By uploading files and placing orders, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the files you upload or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use them
• The files you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• You will not upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• The information you provide (billing, contact, project details) is accurate and complete

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full payment, you own 100% of the intellectual property rights to all delivered renders, images, and animations produced by Reggie for your order. There are no licensing fees, royalties, or usage restrictions. You are free to use the delivered assets in any medium — web, print, advertising, packaging, retail, or otherwise — without additional permission or attribution. We retain no ownership interest in your delivered renders.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due before final delivery of rendered assets. We may require a deposit before beginning work on larger orders. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; if we are unable to deliver renders that meet the agreed-upon specifications after reasonable revision attempts, we will issue a full refund.

6. Delivery Timelines

Our target turnaround is 48 hours for still renders and 5 business days for animations, measured from the time we confirm receipt of all required files and project details. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on project complexity, queue volume, and the completeness of submitted materials. We will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.

7. Revisions

Style revisions — including adjustments to lighting, camera angle, color temperature, background, and similar visual parameters — are unlimited and included in the original price. Structural changes that require significant rework of the 3D model, scene composition, or project scope (such as changing the product geometry, adding new products, or switching from a studio shot to a lifestyle scene) may incur additional fees. We will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original scope.

8. File Handling and Security

All uploaded files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Your files are never used to train AI models or shared with third parties. All client files — including source files and delivered renders — are permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery, unless a different retention period is agreed upon in writing. 9. Confidentiality and NDAs

We treat all client files and project details as confidential by default. We will not share, publish, or use your renders in our portfolio or marketing materials without your explicit written consent. For enterprise clients or pre-launch products requiring additional protection, a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available upon request. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reggie Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. If you cancel an order before work has begun, you will receive a full refund. If work is already in progress, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Reggie after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
